Good morning! I personally hate the cold weather! I would rather it be warm and day! I have been told it’s meant to be warm today so I hope it will be!
Unfortunately living in the UK, we don’t get much sun! However it is slowly warming up in the summer time, in fact we had our hottest day last year!
I was at work and we are lucky enough to have air con since a lot of shops don’t have it, simply because it usually doesn’t get hot enough for very long to justify the expense.
I remember when the UK hosted the Olympics, a lot of people who came internationally complained about the lack of air con as it was unusually hot then too but I’m like, we usually don’t get this hot for this long!
I personally thought it was like the weather was laughing at the people who had traveled abroad to see the Olympics, you thought the UK was raining and cold all the time? Burn you fools! Evil cackle 😈
And all of us Brits were being apologetic as per usual and being like, she’s not usually like this! I’m sorry! We are usually wet and cold, I promise, don’t know why she’s acting this!
But mind you I do think it’s getting hot enough in the summer for air con in the recent years! Anyway we had air con and a lot of customers came in, just to cool down, I had come to work in the morning and it hasn’t been that hot yet so I hadn’t really experienced it.
I went out to grab some lunch and I kid you not but it felt like I was slowly cooking alive in an oven! So I like the warmth but that’s a bit too much for me!
