Um this is a little difficult to answer. I don’t really see myself as part of a community. I don’t go out of my way to help my area. For me it’s just my bubble of family and one really close friend.
I suppose I do volunteer at a charity shop and my local museum but I’ve never see them as community focused.
Technically I am part of the LGBTQ community but I’ve never really done anything with that community, so I don’t really see myself as close to it. I’ve think I’ve given donation now and again and brought certain things because the money specifically would go back to the community but it’s nothing big.
I’m lucky enough to live in a area that is fairly well off, so I don’t think we need more money in general. We do have these things in our supermarkets where we can put these chips into these different boxes and decide where certain money should be focused, usually for different charities.
Now I think about it, it is quite hard to find a job I have to say so perhaps they could improve our town by helping people out more with job finding?
