I feel like I have replied to something like this before. I think last time I talked about taking this catering job, against advice and I am glad I listened to myself.
I think this time I’ll talk about my first holiday by myself to Spain. I did go on a tour with other people but they were all strangers at this point.
I was super nervous about it all. Like going to a different country by myself? What was I doing? Could I handle this? Yet I did and I loved it!
Not only did it make me feel more confident in going to further away places by myself it also unlocked a love for Spain. 🇪🇸
I visited Spain three times and would have been more if not for Covid. I hope to visit again next year. It also motivated me to learn the language.
I did Spanish lessons for about two years but due to my new job I had to quit but I am still using apps to help me learn.
I am hoping to go to another Spanish school in spain next year as I think that helped me the most! It’s just so much better picking up the language while you are surrounded with it!
