I don’t eat much fruit I have to say ha! But I will share my favourites! So top five, here we go!
Kiwi, I just enjoy how they taste! As a kid I loved to scoop out the insides with my spoon and try and make sure that I didn’t break it before I eat it, now I don’t know why that was so important to me and I’m less careful ha.
Watermelon, this is less to do with taste and more to do with that it feels so refreshing on a hot day!
Grapes, while I dislike wine and alcohol in general, I do in fact like grapes!
Strawberries, I wasn’t sure if I should include this one as I tend to like them a lot more with sugar, yeah not very healthy but oh well!
Coconut, I don’t know if this counts as a fruit but I’m going to say it anyway, I love coconut! The water inside is sweet and I enjoy the taste of the inside of it as well! I remember when I was a kid I would see coconuts often in school fairs and festivals and I would always ask my parents if I could get it! Then my dad would spend a while cracking it open with a hammer or a drill into it to get the water out first.
At first I used to be mainly interested in the white inside I could crunch on but as I got older I started to enjoy the water inside too!
I think its pretty cool that we can now just buy coconut water of the shelves as maybe I’m misremembering but I swear this was not a thing when I was a kid!
