Daily Prompt, City of the Future!

Daily writing prompt
How would you design the city of the future?

I had to do something similar once where I did this exercise on how you would design an island, it was fun!

So I like the sound of this! So I think I would make the city a round shape with buildings situated next to each other to create a circle.

I think I’d also like shopping markets not to be close to each other! So everyone can go to the shops without needing to take transport! That would be so much easier!
Same with surgeries and hospitals and they can be placed in areas where everyone can walk to them, only 10 to 15 mins walk.

Also a huge beautiful park in the middle, with mini gardens, parks for kids to play in and enough space for everyone to walk their dog for ages.

I think that sounds pretty cool!

  1. Yes, every city should have a place where children can play, dogs can run and PEE and the sick can be healed. Sounds delightful.

    1. Thank you ❀ I feel like important some places are just too far away from people and it shouldn’t be like that

  4. I love the idea where everything is within close distance and walkable. It’ll definitely help everyone get their 10K steps a day to be healthier! 😊 And a park for everyone to enjoy, sounds great to me!

    1. Yeah I’m lucky enough to have a park really close where we can walk the dog but other people aren’t so lucky.

  5. The circular design idea certainly makes sense. The Indians thought of this first in designing their kivas.
