I think this will actually be an easier one to answer!
My new intolerance diet has definitely been helping me to feel better! Sometimes you realise you have foods that you were intolerant too without even knowing it!
I visited this health diet professional who was able to test what I was intolerant too and the level of it.
Avoiding those foods has really helped me! So if there is a way for you to do multiple intolerant tests I definitely recommend it!
I’m intolerant to some strange things as well! For example swede, orange and beetroot, I know weird right?
Unfortunately I am intolerant to wheat which is very annoying! But I suppose at least I’m not allergic or anything like that.
Another thing that I think has helped me is because of my diet, I’m not aloud most drinks, so I have to keep to water. So I’ve been drinking water everyday, might be simple for some people but I used to be drinking cola cola and lemonade, things like that, which likely did not do my stomach any good.
Annoying thing is water doesn’t have much flavour, so I got this interesting water bottle which flavours the water. If you follow me on threads, which is linked in my Instagram account, you probably already seen this. But the water bottle worked quite well! Only a small amount of flavour but it helped a lot! I put strawberries in it 😊
