This will be very short, I’m feeling pretty tired.
I walk a lot due to my work, walking to the train station to go to work, which takes about 20 to 25 minutes and I’m on my feet all day, working in retail, we don’t have any chairs to sit on or anything like that.
So I’d say I walk, almost everyday.
I do not run a lot though. You usually only would catch me running if I’m late to catch my train or something like that, which does not happen often, thankfully, ha!
I think once I have my life more organised and sorted out, I’ll think about actually going out walking to help me, health wise, rather than just something just I need to do (Like my job or walking to go to work) But you will never catch me, being one of those people, who just go out for a jog or go out for a run or something like that!
