I’m especially looking forward to writing this post! Always enjoy talking about food, I don’t really enjoy cooking but I like eating, ha!

I have quite a lot of different favourite foods!

I enjoy spicy food, seafood, savoury pies and most sweet chocolate things! I actually tried a gluten free chocolate cake recently, I didn’t enjoy it though, which was surprising! I usually enjoy gluten free sugary things! I love gluten free brownies and they don’t taste that different from ordinary brownies to me.

This chocolate cake however had this bitter metallic aftertaste which I did not like at all, it’s still in my fridge, waiting to be eaten by someone else.

I also love trying food from different countries.

My favourite food in Spain were these different type of foods called Pinchos, essentially a small amount of bread with something incredibly tasty on top and a stick shoved through it, it sounds simple but they had so much variety and we don’t really have anything like it in the UK. In my first trip to Spain, we went to a town where each food bar was popular for a certain type of pinchos and they were all delicious! I eat so much I upset my stomach, ha!

My favourite food in Singapore, if you read my blog on my time in Singapore, you’ll know what it is! This seafood spicy tomato soup, Laksa, delicious!

In the US, I loved their desserts especially their cheesecakes! We also visited this wacky sweet store, where they had tons of sweets I’d never ever seen in my life before! I brought too many though and just forgot to eat a lot of them!

And in Mexico, I remember especially loving this food that looked like small parcels that I think was made out of spinach or the type of seaweed you have with sushi and with feta stuffed inside, they were so tasty!

Anyway, that’s enough from me! I’ve got a big day tomorrow, so I better get some sleep! I started a new job, well, its from a 0 hour contract agency, so I can work for them, whenever I want but I have my first job with them tomorrow, it is a catering agency. I’m very nervous but excited at the same time!
