What part of your routine do you always try to skip if you can?
I’m not sure how to answer this question. I have a routine when I go to my retail job. I wake up, get dressed first, then have breakfast, and then clean up and I’m good to go. I don’t think theres anything I’d want to skip?
I don’t have any routine when I’m my days off though. But I feel like this is a strange question though, like wouldn’t it be better to want to add to your routine, instead of stopping something? I think of a routine as something you do on purpose to help yourself?
For me my routine is there for a reason, so I wouldn’t skip anything.
