Well I don’t really like exercising, I have to say!
I tend to do as little as possible unless it includes walking somewhere (my job requires me to be on my feet all day) or running for my train if I am late ha!
I think when I was a child and I was taken to the gym now and again by my parents I quite liked the rowing machine, it has this fish game on it and I enjoyed playing while you row.
It also just felt kinda satisfying but yeah that’s it guess.
I probably should start going to the gym since everyone I know goes, and I feel like I’d be more healthy for it but I’m just so tired right now due to my new job and on my days off I just want to relax, not go to the gym!
Some people I know actually enjoy exercising but I never understood stood that! What’s the enjoyment of feeling out of breath and sweaty?
