Positive change?
Well I think a positive change I made is bringing my lunch in to work. It saves so much money! Sometimes I do break that rule I set for myself but itβs mostly working.
As someone who loves to eat out, it was very hard to force myself to start packing my lunches but I made it work.
I am mostly keeping to my gluten free diet which helps me a lot, mostly, again I do break it now and again but I do keep to it the majority of time, which helps my stomach a lot.
Iβm gluten intolerant, but since itβs intolerance, I do break it sometimes. Not frequently though.
